the downstairs living area contains a large comfortable sofa with plenty of seating for our guests, a 75" smart tv with free access to netflix, a dining area and reading nook as well as an electric fireplace
the living area leads out into a spacious garden with patio chairs, bbq and large and fully enclosed, beautifully landscaped backyard
downstairs you will also find the large fourth bedroom which opens onto the courtyard and backyard, a smaller but good sized second bedroom, a well-designed bathroom and large laundry with washing machine and dryer
upstairs is considered the heart of the home, and the gourmet kitchen has been designed to the highest of standards including miele appliances, nespresso coffee machine and everything you could need should you wish to cook during your stay, including basic pantry items
