In the beautiful , serene and natural environment, with olive trees, Cypress trees, banana, pine trees, and bougainvilleas, a mere 200 metres from the beach (5min walking), we have created an additional four new independent luxurious villas to complement the existing "Alegria Villas" Complex. They have private swimming pools, and are of extremely superior standards. They have been built of stone and designed in traditional Zakynthian architecture, but with hi tech amenities and can accommodate 10 guests.
they have their own swimming pools, parking and private gardens measuring approximately 800 meters which have barbecues and playgrounds for children The main living area has one double bedroom ,living room with fireplace (sleeps 1 Guest) and satellite television, bathroom, kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and all other necessary electrical equipment. They also have attics which is basically a cozy - superb sleeping room area for 3 people.
they have a lower den which can only be described as a superb relaxation area It is 70 sq. meters and is made up of a living area (sleeps 2-3 people), double bedroom with jacuzzi, bathroom, kitchen area, washing machine
the use of local traditional materials such as stone, timber, bricks and other ecological materials produced on the island and also the exquisite interior decoration has been successful in creating an extremely relaxing haven
from the verandas the view is also exquisite Olive groves, the never-ending Ionian Sea and last but not least, the sands that host the famous Caretta-Caretta turtles. The beach is only 5min. walking (200m)from the Complex. Alternatively there is,of course, your own personal swimming pool and garden.
