public transport in glenquarry is fairly limited, however, there are a few stops on kangaloon road which services routes that can take you between wollongong, moss vale and bundanoon

there are taxi options in the southern highlands area, however, it is best to book these in advance as they may not be readily available

additional rules:
*as per the short term legislation act 2020 nsw, all guests are required to obey these rules For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*in compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a short term rental agreement with guests upon booking We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay.
*this is a no-party property We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is FOURTEEN people, however, we do allow day visitors of up toSEVEN people. No more than a maximum of TWENTY ONEpeople are allowed in the property at any given time.
*only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*this home is a strictly no-smoking property If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*this is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours We do not allow loitering or loud noise outside of the premises or inside of the premises. We ask for minimal noise especially after 9 pm.
*stra rules - by booking this home you automatically agree to all the stra terms and conditions that are applicable to guests You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
* pets - we are a pet-friendly property We ask all our guests to contact us for approval of pets before booking and include your request in the reservation form as there is a pet fee of $110 per stay to cover the cost of extra cleaning and disinfection. Please do not allow your pets to do on the furniture.
* pets are not be taken off the leash pass the fence down the paddock This is a working nursery and there are resident dogs on site. please do not allow your pets on any of the furniture
*check-in/check-out - we cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*changing of dates terms & conditions
- requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away
- this is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests
