our property is fully equipped for our guest The property resides on little over an acre of land which is unique for the Anchorage area. Laundry facilities are located on the property for your convenience.
from the south side (balcony side) of the property is a large greenbelt with a shallow creek 'fish creek' drainage that runs through it and a short lighted walking/bike path On the North side of the property or front is a large yard with sitting areas, parking areas, and a municipal park directly in front of the property -- just across the street.
