there is a grocery store in walking distance down the street
there is a lovely park in the neighborhood (palo verde park) lots of grass and trees and even has a public pool!
it’s also close to tmc, st Joespehs hospital and the Air Force base.
there are tons of great mexican restaurants along 22nd, which i definitely recommend checking out!
getting downtown or to the uofa is also convenient from this location
there are several bus stops close by to get you in about any direction you need to go!
the roads are also bike friendly!
