Summary: Nice clean room with fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. No lock on the outside entry door, but probably not unusual for a small town. Mostly quiet, but some street noise and some loud walkers on the level above me. Desk clerk very helpful. Nothing that would stop me from coming back.
