Positive: Facilities and hotel decorations are to a high standard.

Negative: The service throughout our stay was really slow and disappointing. It took over an hour and half for dinner to arrive and when it arrived it was cold and had no sides. We sent the food back. Long wait for eggs to be cooked during breakfast r. Long wait for car to be brought from valet.
