Light rail close and freeways are a jump away. You'll love my place because of the upgraded amenities, location, space, and ambiance. My place is great for Business travelers and big groups. Pet friendly ( note : pet friendly which means I do not furnish the home in top of line items. Its sleek, stylishish and functional.)
home provides comfortable living, kitchen, and dining areas Note: I do not spring clean ie: move furniture after every stay. I do however have a professional cleaning service that comes in prior to EVERY stay. Meaning I do not clean behind the fridge after every stay or lift all beds and sofas after every stay as my place is book back to back. 5 hours of cleaning is done prior to every guest. The Backyard has a park style atmosphere with plenty of shade. Plenty of shade means: there is a large olive tree and a covered patio. (1)bbq grill, patio furniture and pool. There is RV Parking on the side of the home which may/ or may not have my trailer parked.

ceiling fans thru-out the home If there is not ceiling fan in a bedroom I have provided a box fan. Quiet neighborhood, perfect for walks to a beautiful park less then a 3 blocks from the home, with a well-stocked lake for fishing, paddle boats, playground for kids, wave pool, batting range, volleyball, tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball of this only a stroll away from home.

the home was upgraded to accommodate a disabled army veteran (my spouse), to allow comfort and functional space without sacrificing style Ramps throughout the house. One Ramp at the front entry and off the back patio. One Ramp located at the step down into the living room and a ramp to backdoor. Widened doorways. Complete with ADA compliant Bathroom. It’s perfect for Everyone. Its truly a one of a kind Home.
freshly cleaned and liens are provided and pillows for each room Extra extra blankets. Computer work space and wifi with internet. Two rolls of toilet tissue are provided upon check-in per bathroom. One roll of paper towels in the kitchen. Any additional supplies needed during the stay would need to be replenished by the guest.
~ master suite includes 1 king bed, the bed sits on a platform This is to allow easy access into the bed and to prevent possible belongings from sliding underneath. Toilet, walk-in 6 Jet Jacuzzi tub, and roll in shower with rainfall panel and body sprayers. Shower does have a teak shower bench. Tv in the master bathroom which can be viewed while relaxing in Tub or while curled up in TV has amazon firestick. You can bring your laptop and hook up any computer to the TV.
~ two guest bedrooms: 1 full size bed with memory foam topper and 1 full size futon, the other guest room has 2 twin beds and 2 xl large fold out cots which are located in the closet
~ family room/game room has an 1 additional queen futon Additional Linens are located in the master suite main closet I also provide a full size air mattress which is located in coat closet as you enter the home. The blower on the shelf above.
~ guest bath has a tub and shower combo Bathrooms are stocked One robe, towels, soap, shampoo, 2 toilet paper, and many other traveler conveniences. If more supplies are needed please let me know as your comfort is my priority.
~ kitchen: shaker style cabinets, granite counter-tops, new lighting, sink and stainless steel appliances, microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, blender, dishes, silverware and a landline phone Food in the kitchen is left unless spoiled. Kitchen sink faucet must be centered t avoid the water to continue to drip. You are welcome to what you see as the home an entire space is your during the duration of your stay.
~ living room is equipped with sectional sofa and lovseat Entertainment center includes Flat screen TV and Major a Amazon Fire stick . Wii Game system/ Netflix/ Movies and Board games.
~ spacious backyard with grill NO POOL FENCE.
backyard has large covered patio, protected from afternoon sun Yard contains an olive tree and putting greens. Bistro lights hung on exterior for night time lighting. Pool is cleaned weekly and prior to checkins. In the event of a Storms or wind or unforeseen maintenance need on pool- I do ask to be informed so I can immediate address it. i can not address what i do not know about:)
~ man cave - the game room has a tv with an amazon firestick that allows for netflix This area does host a small love seat and couch and full size hockey table. This space is Football themed.
~ parking: up to four vehicles in driveway and two on the street No HOA, so parking is never an issue. Garage available upon request (No garage door opener). This area is restricted.
i live/visit the house when it is not rented out to guests, and you are welcomed to whatever you see It is a personal home. Not solely a vacation rental and you feel that at home vibe when you stay at our place. If you are expecting a Resort of Luxury Hotel this is not not it. It is a family friendly, safe beautiful home.
if you have any issues upon check-in i ask that you allow me to address and rectify them as communication is key My goal is to earn a 5-star review so I asked my guests to allow me the opportunity to accommodate. if you confirm you’ve checked in and it is great and/or perfect i assume you are happy:0)
there is a threshold a ramp at the front door There is a ramp at the back door. And there is an aluminum ramp that leads to the living room to allow access and it is covered with an accent rug. All of these ramps were provided by way of the prosthetics department at a local hospital and meet ADA criteria. I do not throw away liens due a blemish. I do not white glove after every cleaning. 4 hours is spent cleaning between each stay. If you are not satisfied it’s your responsibility to let me know/ I can’t fix it if Idk. Everyone has different expectation soIf you allow me to accommodate you as wished I will.This is a home... with personality and quirks. Communication is key..
