This is a peaceful and serene with gorgeous hummingbirds and butterflies that enjoy our garden. The sunrises are outstanding here in El Cajon and you can enjoy them from one of the many hiking trails that are within minutes of the property!It is tucked away on a lush east county hillside. This darling, 175-square-foot studio has just been completely redesigned with modern, stylish décor focusing on comfort and fun in the sun! It's the perfect spot for two people and a pup! It has a very comfy, brand-new leather sofa and a small dining or work area. Relax in bed or on the sofa while you watch shows on the Smart TV. The kitchen area is equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, and pod coffee maker. We do not have a stove or an oven. We provide a smaller 4.5 cubic feet fridge to save space and there is no dishwasher, but we provide hand soap, dish soap, and drying rack for your convenience. The space features a private, compact bathroom featuring a shower, toilet, and modern hand-washing station. The full-sized bed area offers a brand-new, ultra-comfortable mattress. We provide a shared washer and dryer in a shed only steps away! Outside of your front door, you will enjoy incredible views of the El Cajon mountains and witness the most beautiful sunrises. This tiny house is located approximately 50 feet away from the main residence on a 1/2 acre property. We also have two other vacation rentals on the property that are down the hill and approximately 100 feet away from Birdie.We welcome one well-behaved pooch, but please no cats or other animals. Just let us know you are bringing a dog so we can make sure to set out the water and food bowl. As your hosts, we're committed to providing everything you need for a wonderful stay. Check-in and check-out are simple; an email will be sent a few days before your arrival with detailed instructions. There is ample street parking is conveniently located near the property. Unfortunately, due to high demand, turnover, and our standard of cleanliness, we are unable to provide late check-out.We are a 25-minute drive from San Diego International Airport and Sea World, 25 minutes from Downtown San Diego, and the San Diego Zoo. Our goal is to help you have as much fun in San Diego as we do!Birdie is located in the personal residence of your hosts. We will be around, and happy to help with recommendations or directions.This beautiful trailer is close to so many hiking trails, one hour from Julian where you can enjoy apple pie and super close to the freeway so you can get to the beach very easily from here.This is definitely a driving neighborhood, or you can easily Uber here. There is parking right in front of the trailer on site.Our two other rentals are available on the same property and are just a short distance from one another. Darling Daisy is a retro-style camper that sleeps 4 people and is a perfect blend of vintage style and deluxe amenities.
