ground floor is the open plan kitchen/ living space along with both bedrooms and facilities Upstairs is a large open lounge space with views and sliding doors again to both east and west (and wrap around deck). Great for all weather options with views from sunrise to sunset.

there are tvs in the upstairs living room and in one bedroom Both are smart TVs with some streaming services already available as options.
