Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Super convenient to multiple attractions and food, great little cabin with almost everything you would need. Cubboards were well stocked with any seasonings or general staples you might need for cooking. Great layout of the cabin and the finished back porch bedroom was a great area to kick back and read in a quite secluded little area. Parking was well thought out. Property manager was great at communication and following up on responsibilities. Great access to the water, nice amenities. Beautiful area. Nice quite neighborhood.
Negative: It took a little bit to get the temperature in the cabin right, not sure if the mini-splits are set right, had to use provided plug in heaters to keep overnight chill out. While the property has a excellent location for the area attractions it's more set up for a home-based for being out and about rather than just hanging out. The furnishings were not as comfortable for extended lounging. The biggest and most comfortable bed is on the loft but the spiral staircase isn't really adult size(to be fair they dont have room for anything larger). Over all great place and would definitely use again. We had planned on just hanging in out for 4 of the 9 days and that's when we discovered the chairs and couch weren't as cozy as we had hoped for. Customer service was a solid 6 on a scale of 1-5 though and totally made up for anything that was remotely inconvenient.
