The villa is an attractive and ideally designed holiday home offering magnificent views of the blue Mediterranean to the front and the Kyrenia mountain range to the rear. It is built to a high specification by the islandβs premier construction company and was completed in summer 2007 on a large 800 square metre plot. The villa benefits from a private 10m x 5m overflow swimming pool and is ideally located for both beach/pool side holidays as well as a more active type holiday. The villa has a fully equipped modern kitchen, high standard finish throughout, a child friendly ground floor terrace and a further terrace on the first floor overlooking the pool and sea to the front and the panoramic Besparmac mountains to the rear.
