The home is located just 200 steps from ocean access, the access is a private bridge for residents only. Our beaches are gorgeous and only residents are on the beach as there in no public parking nearby, no worry about social distancing here. This home has hurricane impact windows and doors. It was painted both inside and out, and all furnishings are modern. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, mirror, and entertainment stand with a 39" TV and a DVD Player. The Master Bathroom door entrance is inside the Master Bedroom which is great for privacy. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser with mirror and a HD 39' TV. The hall bathroom which has been completely remodeled has a tub/shower combo. There is another room (3rd bedroom) off the dining room, this room has a queen sofa that sleeps 2. The dining room table seats four and the counter top breakfast area has two bar stools for casual dining. The outside patio includes outdoor seating along with a gas grill in a lovely private backyard, great for kids and pets.. The home includes a washer and dryer, two adult bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, a beach cooler, and beach toys. All linens are included and the kitchen has all the necessities needed including a Keurig coffee maker. An ironing board and iron are also included. The entry door locks are key less and you will provide the four digit code to be programmed so you can easily remember it . The kitchen includes a refrigerator with cubed/crushed ice and filtered water. There is a range and a microwave oven and a dishwasher. High speed internet access is included along with a YOUTUBE TV Streaming service for main TV and SLING Streaming service in bedrooms. A land line is included with domestic long distance calls for free. Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World are approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes away. Kennedy Space Center is 45 minutes, St. Augustine is 45 minutes, Daytona International Speedway is 20 minutes. Ponce Inlet Lighthouse is 40 minutes, and historic downtown New Smyrna is 45 minutes. This home away from home has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation whether you are looking for a romantic weekend for two, or a family vacation for fond memories.
