Comfortable desert living with king bedroom and separate office/ twin bedroom, close to TMC and Park Place mall, beautiful back yard with Santa Catalina Mountain views, high speed internet, well equipped kitchen with gas cooking, close to great outdoor activities. This is a single-story, brick, classic 1950's house in central Tucson. It is 900 sq. feet with two bedrooms and one bath. Kitchen and bathroom have been updated and features and indoor laundry room and large fenced backyard for pets as well as an attractive, well maintained front yard. The main bedroom features a king-sized bed with a standard closet. The master bedroom room has a new smart TV and bedside lamps with electronic plug-ins for charging your cell phones and electronics. The second bedroom features a cozy twin-sized bed as well as a desk, chair and lamp for home office work. This room also has a small closet. There are two more closets in the hallway for linens and storage. Two sets of linens and towels are included with the house. The house has luxury vinyl flooring in the bedrooms and tile in the kitchen and living areas for easy cleaning and durability. There are several area rugs for comfort. There are new blinds on all the windows. The bathroom is very nice and has a tub/shower combo and a single vanity sink with a mirrored medicine cabinet and small cabinet storage. The indoor amenities include ceiling fans and central heating and cooling. There are also security doors on front and back and attractive wrought iron on all the windows for an added sense of security if you want fresh air day or night. The home is in a safe family friendly neighborhood with 2 schools nearby. The kitchen has granite countertops, dishwasher, full-sized fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and a table for four. The living room has a sofa, coffee table, comfortable chair and smart TV. A separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer is off the covered back patio. There is a nice view of the Santa Catalina mountains from the back of the house. There is a firepit in the backyard with two chairs for cozy evenings under the stars. There is also some seating under the covered patio. You can enjoy the cactus garden and fruit trees growing in the large back yard. The backyard is fully fenced and quite large with plenty of space for dogs. There is even space for camper or RV parking in the back yard ( but no hookup). The house has uncovered parking in the driveway and some additional parking in front of the house. The house is conveniently located about two miles from TMC and St. Joseph's hospitals. Banner UMC and the University of Arizona main campus is less than 5 miles away. The Park Place mall is 10 minutes away with lots of shopping and restaurant options nearby. Another popular shopping center is just 2 miles north with grocery shopping, Trader Joe's, Starbucks, PetSmart and other restaurants and a good movie theater too. A preferable 90-day month stay is recommended, with one month charged as a deposit. All utilities are included.
