welcome to your home away from home! this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is the ideal place for families, friends, or solo travelers looking to explore the best of phoenix while enjoying a relaxing, comfortable space
step outside to the private backyard, where you'll find a serene space to enjoy phoenix’s beautiful weather Enjoy the firepit in the evening and dip-in in the heated pool and hot tub.
the pool is serviced all year for our guests to use as they please! if you would like for the pool to be heated for your stay please notify us in within at least 24 hours of your check-in, this is an additional $100 daily We are only able to accommodate pool heat requests if it is for the entire duration of the stay and with a minimum of a 3-night reservation.
a $150 trip charge will be applied on top of the pool heat fee should the request be received on the day of check-in or when the trip has already commenced
please note that we set our pool temperatures between 76 to 78 degrees It takes about 12-16 hours for the pool to fully heat.
