Dune Lane 99 is a four bedroom, direct oceanfront home located in the Forest Beach community. • Direct Ocean Home – North Forest Beach • 4 Bedroom, 3 Bedroom, Sleeps 12 • Square Feet: 1624 • Home is Elevated – 15 Steps to Front Door • Private Pool (Pool heat available for extra fee during September to November and March to May) • Bedding: Queen, Queen, Two Doubles, Two Doubles • Charcoal Grill • Wireless Internet • Dog Friendly (fee does apply – please call for details) The living room features vaulted ceilings, sliding glass doors to a balcony and a spectacular view of the ocean. The galley kitchen has an island for extra seating and access to a dining table that seats six. Additional amenities include wireless Internet, a gated backyard, poolside bathroom and a private walkway to the beach. . Bedroom one has a queen bed, and shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with another bedroom with two full beds. Bedroom three has a queen bed, which also shares Jack-and-Jill bathroom with another bedroom that has two full beds. Several bedrooms offer views of the ocean and pool. The private pool can be heated for an additional fee, during the off season (Must call office in advance for details and to confirm - does not heat if temperatures drop below 55 degrees).
