i recommend the ground floor for families with children or couples who are looking for a good time with their loved ones, where you will certainly find peace and relaxation
the gf of the hacienda villa del cuyo has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining table, living room with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and toilet It also has an outside shower when you come from the beach.
the large beach terrace has a 250 ft2 mayan palapa that gives you wonderful shade while reading a book, shade chairs for 4 and a table with 6 chairs where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner on an incomparable beach
palm trees in front of the house provide additional shade
plus, you can see the daily sunrises and sunsets over the ocean and start your morning walks on the beach right from there after a cup of home-brewed coffee
this is also the best time to see the dolphins in their natural habitat
guests have access to groundfloor terrace and beach with lounge chairs, as well as the garden area

We invite you to walk late in the morning on the beach in front of the villa. Enjoy a brilliant dawn and in the evening you will be able to hear a spectacular patrol on the beach. house/apartment requirements
1 make sure to contract a travel, health and accident insurance.
2 Report to us any damage in house that may arise and we try to solve it.
3 we do not allow parties or loud music at late hours, we want everyone to have a relaxed atmosphere during their vacation!
4 Do not leave garbage or food outside to avoid attracting small critters and at the same time protect the animals in the area, they take the garbage outside to trash bin..an avoid leaving flames or candles burning
5 avoid extra guests (over night)
5b We are not to be held responsible for theft or damage of car or your belongings while staying at our property.
6 Do not use the toilet as a garbage can and clean your feet of sand outside the house so we avoid clogging the pipes and the drain in showers and toilets.
8 Take care of the inventory, if something breaks we deduct it from the deposit at the end of the stay.
9 cleaning with change of sheets included every 7 days, change of towels every 3 days included
10 This is an Airbnb , your home away from home, it is not a hotel. It is delivered with a bottle of water, soap, toilet paper roll, axxion, sponge. When it's over you have buy them on your own.
11 The caretaker is Magally, she is available from 9 am to 4 pm in case you need help with anything. Please treat her with respect. Her nr will be send days before your arrival.
12 Please check that they have the WIFI code, towels, that the boiler is on and that everything is clean and in order in the house.
13 we do not accept pets at hacienda del cuyo (beach house) at hacienda antigua yes ($ 50usd deposit)
14 Before your departure please leave dirty towels on the floor and do not leave dirty dishes.
