The villa was built in 1930 by the furrier, Ch. Max Romahn. Today we live on the ground floor of the renovated residential building and rent out the two apartments on the upper floor and attic as holiday apartments.

The airport Leipzig/Halle is reachable in approx. 10 minutes by car.

You are also welcome to use the tram to discover even more of Leipzig, or to take a relaxed ride in by car. The sporty ones can ride their bicycles along the well developed cycle paths along the 'Weißen Elster' and over the Auenwald to Leipzig.

from the first moment we fell in love with the beautiful villa and took it over in spring 2019 We live on the ground floor and enjoy every minute on the park-like property with the old trees.
in our spare time but also professionally we travel a lot ourselves and are happy to offer the two apartments on the upper floor and attic to guests in the periods in which we do not need them ourselves or are no longer rented as a furnished apartment
in the attic we have another holiday apartment for up to 6 guests Thus, a total of up to 11 guests can be accommodated.
