• the beach is exclusively available to mactan newtown residents
• guests who wanted to visit mactan newtown beach will be charge php 350 nett per person (This fee will be collected by the beach management).
• children below 6 years old can enter free of charge
• parking is available free of charge at the mactan newtown transition area and it is on a first-come, first-serve basis
• outside food and drinks are strictly not allowed inside of mactan newtown beach
1 Washing Machine- All of our rooms are equipped with the washing machine. However, there will be a charge if the guest wants to use it. (PHP 200.00 for 1 DAY usage and PHP 700.00 for 1 week).2. Clothes Rack- Depends on the availability (upon request)3. Ironing Facilities- Same as the clothes rack, depends on the availability (upon request)4. CD/DVD Player- No longer available.5. Satellite/ Cable Channels- No longer available since the Pandemic and Bagyong Odette strikes in Lapu-Lapu City, C Suites experienced severe damages.
