the apartment is located in a strategic and safe position for those who have to study at sapienza (within walking distance) or have the metrob nearby (250mt from pzBologna).
the area is frequented by many students and is close to all services (pharmacy, supermarket, bar, tobacconist, piadineria / pizzeria)
as mentioned, the apartment has recently been completely renovated and consists of 3 suite rooms + bathroom and kitchen (already equipped with appliances, pots, cutlery, glasses, etc).
