Casa 'Las Palmeras' is a private property in the fantastic Imperial Park Resort in Calpe. The house is semi-open, beautifully situated in the park and only 50 meters from the reception and the various swimming pools. The Resort is one of the most prestigious and nicest holiday parks of the Costa Blanca and was built in 2003 against a mountainside so that some of the houses have an exceptional and fantastic view over the Mediterranean, the PeΓ±on de Ifach, and the skyline of Calpe. .
because of this ideal location you not only have a great panoramic view of the mediterranean, calpΓ© and the mountains from both terraces, but you can also enjoy the sun all day long We have completely renovated our cottage in 2016 and equipped with new furniture. The house consists of 2 floors, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
on the ground floor there is the living / living room, the kitchen and one bedroom (3 persons) with a bunk bed and an extra pull-out bed There is also a storage room and bathroom with a toilet, washbasin and a low-standing shower with seat.
on the upper floor there is a bedroom with 2 twin beds and the master bedroom with a double bed and a separate terrace On this floor is also the 2nd bathroom with a toilet, bidet, washbasin and a bath.
the house has a comfortable interior in the summer for 7 people and is also ideal in the winter for eg 2 couples to overwinter
there is of course also the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with an electric hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven and other accessories
you also have two spacious terraces, one on each floor 1 terrace is South-South / West oriented, the other South-South / East so you can always enjoy the sun with the coffee at breakfast until the pousse-cafΓ© of the evening meal.
