2) the backyard may not be used between the hours of 10pm – 10am on weekends, and 10pm – 7am on weekdays This includes NO USE OF THE POOL OR SPA. There should therefore be NO NOISE at all in the backyard. Any noise will set off the noise alarms and notify security.
3) 5 = max # of cars (all cars must be parked in the driveway) - no street parking is allowed
4) day = noise levels outside must be reasonable outside during the day (low music levels on small bluetooth speakers ok)
note – if the outside noise meter is flashing and beeping then the noise levels are too high
no smoking near neighbor's wall (patio table area is ok) marijuana smoking is not allowed
