this neighborhood is home to several university buildings and has great transport connections to the city centre, upv and university of valencia, and also to the beach! the area is plenty of bars, pubs, discos, specially for students, where you can share time with other international students

We will meet here to complete the payments, sign the rental agreement and provide a set of keys of your new home. The check in hours will be from 4:00PM to 8:00PM. If you arrive to Valencia earlier you can leave the luggage at my office meanwhile. If you arrive later than 8:00PM we will leave your keys at a 24H point, where you will be able to collect them.
the check out will be max the las day of the rental agreement at 11:00am If your flight is later than this hour, you can leave the luggage here at the office without cost.
