Positive: Location is super. 2 of the 3 beds are comfortable (3rd not tested), TV has a lot of options. One room was really as a room should be. There are some very nice and colorful decorations There is a washing & drying machine, a dishwasher. Kitchen utensils are ok. The shower itself is good. In general, there is quite a lot of household comfort.
Negative: On the pictures it all looks good but in reality the apartment needs a lot of love and care and a lot to be repaired! Service/communication is also a bit so so (clearly standard messages cut and paste in a message as part of a proces, with links not working f.e.), should be a little more personal and less 'demanding'. Upon arrival there were no towels, we had to ask for them and the answer was "oops, towels should be in the closet". The sheets on one of the beds were very smelly as if someone already slept in them for days. We put other ones on them. Later we found out how that was possible: there was still a lot of laundry left (by the 'cleaning team'?) in the drying machine still a little wet and already smelly as well as they should have taken out a long time. The kitchen has a dirty one person seat (apartment for 6...) that we didn't want to sit on. Kitchen has no windows, not so pleasant (but nothing much to do about), there's no extractor hood so we didn't want to cook in it because no fresh air possible. The cell like bath room with no window is 'built' in the kitchen and smelly upon arrival, which they know as there is a button 'please put on the ventilation', it's absolutely necessary. One of the rooms can not be aired unless you open the door which gives directly upon the street. Both rooms are not very noise proof, with ear plugs it's alright and luckily it's a rather quite street. And for check out you don't ask guests to put the laundry in the washing machine (even though it's not mandatory), we did do so as we are rather conscientious. I've been in holiday business, I know what I talk about. The apartment could be a jewel of a place, there really are nice elements in the place, if it would completely be rearranged but not now, not for the asked price. Would I go back? I've been in Berlin so many times and this was the least of all places.
