with eight king bedrooms 2 large bunk rooms and 10 full bathrooms, the home accommodates up to 42 guests! all bedrooms have their own en-suite, private bathroom, and every bedroom has flat-screen tvs The bunk rooms have a flat-screen TV with a headphone port and gaming ports for each bunk! NO more fighting for what to stream or playing games! When it is time to relax each one can plug in their headphones and relax in their own space. Other noteworthy features include the gulf views, in-home elevator, gourmet kitchen, and an abundance of living and dining room space. One of the crown jewels in this home is the Russound Audio System. This system runs throughout the house. Each room can operate its playlist (with the Bluetooth capability of the sound system it allows you to connect to your smart device for personal preferences) or you can put the system in Party mode and have the same playlist throughout the whole house including the pool deck. Each room has its own control so cut it all the way down in a single room to keep your personal oasis to your liking.

The second bunk room has 2 sets of queen over queen bunk beds. This room has its own bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool. Each queen bed has its own TV with Ruko streaming. There are two king bedrooms on this floor. Each King has a private en-suite bathroom with a 55" smart TV. One of the king bedrooms shares the balcony access with the queen bunk room overlooking the pool.
finally, on the fourth floor, we come to a large living area with two couches, a flat-screen smart tv, and a coffee/wine bar There is a powder room for guests. The living area opens to a large balcony that gives a beautiful view of the gulf. Seating on the balcony for enjoying coffee as you watch the sunrise over the city or a drink as you watch the sunset in the evening makes this a great gathering place. This floor also has a master bedroom that opens onto the balcony with a large master bathroom with a large closet, soaking tub, separate shower, and water closet. this floor is its own retreat from the rest of the house!
