this large beautiful modern home located in glendale has 4 bedrooms 3 baths designed for relaxation and comfort!
come and stay in our lovely large home with a pool! our home sleeps 8 guests comfortably; it has 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 4 single beds!
fabulous kitchen with granite tile countertops, raised panel task cabinets, radiant top range, breakfast nook, kitchen island, dishwasher, vaulted ceiling, and living area with fireplace!! we also have a dining room, huge family room, and a game room
also equipped with wifi, flat-screen tv, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and free parking for your convenience
dine alfresco and enjoy our patio area surrounding the beautiful pool
create wonderful memories, swim in the pool under blue skies, and in the evening sit next to the pool and take in sunsets A perfect getaway ideal for entertaining & relaxation.
-the pool guy comes every wednesday or thursday to clean and service the pool Adverse weather conditions such as high winds and rain may cause the pool to become dirty sometimes. The Guest understands and agrees to care for the pool between times when the pool is professionally cleaned.
- pet fee $50 for each dog and cat (non-refundable) dogs over 30 pounds not allowed
-dog/cat poop must be picked up - especially in front of the property or on the streets, there will be a fine of $200
-early check-in fee $75, when available only, kindly check with us on the day of your check-in
-late check-out fee, minimum charge of $75 (depending on how late), when available only, kindly check with us the day before your check-out
please note: primary guest ages 25 years old below, no reviews and not at 4-5 star reviews We will require a $1,000 additional deposit which will be refunded at the end of your stay, given that there are no issues or any damages.
note: there is a national pool chemical shortage but we are maintaining the pool the best we can
parking: 3 cars in the garage and 3 cars on the street is the max allowed
reminders:
- even for longer stays we only provide starting supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish sponge, dish soap, body soap, and shampoo You will need to buy your own after it's all used up.
- we do not allow additional guests who are not listed on the original reservation breaking this rule may result in an automatic cancellation of your booking and no refund
- please do not receive mail here••we recommend getting a po box
-any noise/disturbance that causes neighbor disruption will incur a $1000 fee, because that can lead to us being forced off airbnb by the housing community association
noise complaints or additional guests are a violation of the housing community
- we charge $100 fee for the first pet will be added to the reservation cost and $75 for any additional pets and will only allow a maximum of 3 pets only This does not cover any damage that may be incurred or cleaning up excessive pet hair or waste.
-important: dog poop must be picked up - especially in front of the property or on the street as there will be a fine of $200
we cannot accept animals that are not fully potty trained or will possibly scratch furniture We have some new furniture inside and will have to do a close inspection before and after to make sure there is no damage which we have to consider in regards to the security deposit, including smell or hair. Guests should be able to clean any hair out before leaving.
-$25 fee for excessive pet hair cleaning up

-no smoking allowed Smoking inside the property is subjected to $750 FINE which will be used to deodorize the home before the next guest arrives.
-there will be a $250 fine if we found our smoking detector is tampered after checkout
-if food, spilled drinks, shoeprints, blood stains, or any type of damage is found on the linens, please be aware that we will need to request a replacement fee starting at minimum $35
-also any lost or stolen items will require a minimum $75 fine
-please be advised that guests are responsible for any oil leaks on the driveway The owners take this very seriously. If your car is having problems with oil leaking, do NOT park on the driveway (we suggest not to bring the vehicle at all.) Guest acknowledges they will be charged minimum $250 to professionally pressure wash the driveway of any car damage/oil leaks. FYI, There is a ring camera in the driveway.
parking:
-3 cars in the garage and 3 cars on the street is the max allowed Please avoid parking on the street during the day if possible. No street parking overnight 12pm-6am or HOA Will send us a fine. If neighbors report more than 6 cars in front of the house at one time, it will also be a fine.
-no boat parking by hoa rules
