It has beautiful beaches, 2 state parks, easy hikes an under-the-radar food scene, beer and wine tasting. this property is fairly new construction built in nov 2021 boast views of saratoga pass from large kitchen, living room & bedroom windows
our home features:
- 4 bedrooms with large windows and water views
- beach-themed master bedroom on the main floor with attached bathroom, large soaking tub, double sinks, and spacious standing shower
- zen bedroom upstairs with calming table water fountain
- honeymoon bedroom with gorgeous golden canopy bed
- media room with 2 bunk beds
- game room with 8-seater comfy recliner, 60" tv, netflix, youtube tv (85+ channels), disney+, books, board games, and a special harry potter reading nook
- chef's kitchen with high-end appliances, including large sink, full-sized refrigerator with touchscreen, dishwasher, cooking range, large microwave, coffee machine, toaster, espresso, instant pot, and all necessary utensils and cookware
- 1000 sq ft deck with bbq grill (flat-top griddle) and outdoor seating
