You can enjoy underfloor heating throughout the entire space. There is plenty of storage space in the spacious built-in wardrobe in the large bedroom. You have free wireless internet access (WLAN). Several dozen German TV channels via satellite. At your disposal: 4 bicycles, 40-inch LED smart TV, iron with ironing board, hairdryer, drying rack, hoover. The flat was renovated in 2025.

One restaurant owner is also happy to open her restaurant in winter on request/call. There is a supermarket in the village (Mon.-Sat. 6-22 hrs). There is NO building site in the neighbourhood.
