* strip all beds of any dirty sheets, pillowcases, used linens and place them inside of the washing machine prior to vacating the premises Please note you are not required to do any laundry.
* empty fridge of all personal items or leftover food
* place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher
* absolutely no smoking inside of the house An additional $250 FINE will be incurred.
* there is absolutely no decorating allowed at the rental property This will include but not limited too: confetti, pin tacks, tape, and streamers. In the event we find any of these items at time of checkout a $300 fine will be incurred.
