Closer to the beach is almost impossible! El Mirador is situated directly (!) at the Mediterranean Sea, you step out of the door and you are already on the beautiful sandy beach of L'Estartit. This attractive flat is situated in the neighbourhood "Els Griells", just outside L'Estartit, the perfect location to avoid the tourist crowds, but where you can walk to the centre in about 15 minutes. The beautiful promenade takes you along the beach to the old fishing village to end at the beautiful harbour. There is a supermarket within walking distance in the "Els Griells" district. El Mirador is located on the 3rd floor (no lift) and consists of a living room with dining area and access to the terrace with the fantastic view.
