Positive: We were double booked, however the host made sure we weren't left out, they moved us to another property at Ben siesta and it was fantastic, it exceeded our expectations, it's a 10/10 from me and my fiancé, we will definitely be coming back. Staff was amazing, very friendly and she made us feel welcomed and she was super nice and respectful. Thank you for such an amazing holiday karyn🙏🏻😁😁
