A peaceful country feel just 5 minutes from Silver Lake Sand Dune Entrance! Step inside this welcoming property and be greeted by a great living experience. With 2 queen beds, 1 twin bed, 1 king bed, and 1 full size Futon upstairs you will find comfort and relaxation in every corner. The cool living room, complete with a cozy futon, offers the perfect space to unwind with central AC after a day of riding the dunes. Our lot is HUGE and allows for all of your trailer parking needs (see photo). Kiddos that are too young to ride the dunes can enjoy the open yard… This is a new home to us and we are working on making updates and renovations to make it even better in 2025. Campfire wood is available at the front of the property. It's a local gentlemen's income please don't steal it.
we treat the basement like a basement, but for young kids or adults it's a perfect open space for additional air mattresses next to the full size futon Bedding, towels, paper products, general kitchen products, and a grill is provided (bring propane in case we ran out)..
