you could explore the coast park pathway, ride the coast to vines trail to willunga (via a winery or two) or take the short stroll to the stunning moana beach all whilst staying in metropolitan adelaide
seaford shopping centre is moments away, as is the seaford train station and the southern expressway is not far making the rest of adelaide very accessible
the property has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a separate toilet

the back shed has been converted into somewhat of a games room and bbq area It features a small portable Gas BBQ and a Table Tennis Table.
there is also a beautiful section of flat grass and the yard is fully fenced
the property is being cleaned thoroughly and at least vacant for 24 hours between guests
