Our home has 5 bedroom, 4 bath house (3 bedrooms are suites with private bathrooms), 8 beds, a huge game room & amazing outdoor living area with a new putting green. We have a private fenced pool and huge yard on the 13'th fairway of River Island golf course across the street from the clubhouse.
springville is 3 hours north of la, 35hours south of San Jose in the foothills of the Sierra mountains. We are 90 minutes South of Sequoia National Park and 45 minutes West of Balch Park, home of the largest trees in the world.
we have 2 driveways that will accommodate 7 vehicles Parking in front of the house allows for 4 more cars.
we have a huge outdoor living area with a custom picnic table, seating areas, 2 bbqs and a huge yard
the house has great wifi coverage and triple digit speeds so you can work from here if desired
this is the perfect property for families looking to get away and spend quality time in an isolated and private environment There are many fun things to do outside like Bocce ball, Corn Hole, Horseshoes & Frisbee. We have 2 BBQs, Gas & deep pit charcoal.

we have a game room called "park" that hosts a billiard table, ping pong table, electronic darts, sonos music, guitars to play and plenty of other fun stuff It is a beautiful room that is comfortable, quiet and spacious. It has become the favorite room in the house with our guests, especially our guests with children as they can now play in a safe and quiet space and keep entertained.

this is the perfect house for large families, 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, (3 of the bedrooms are suites with private baths) and lots of outdoor areas to enjoy
we recently insulated the entire house and installed a new a/c & heater so the house will stay at your preferred temperature during any season
we have a new large fridge/freezer and a second one in the game room
we have designed the outdoor living areas to take advantage of the perfect springville weather River Island Golf Course (The highest rated course in the Central Valley) provides preferred tee times for our guests.

because the house is so centrally located and is one story, it is the perfect home for all ages The house is very popular for families with young kids as well as older family members. With new beds and a quiet location, it is a favorite with everybody.
