community amenities: home is in a tree-lined gated community nestled in nature w/ pools, lakes, boat launch into the lake, kayak rental, paddle boats, mini golf, playgrounds, tennis court, basketball court (community pools and boat rentals are open from memorial day - labor day)
**community pools: guest day passes can be obtained directly at the pool for $12 per day per person They include use of the pools and boat rentals. Community beach/lake/boat launch is free of charge.*
