the two remaining bedrooms are on the other side of the house and share an adjoining wall Although close together, one of these bedrooms is a separate guesthouse that you can access by walking out the front or back door β the entrance is 20 feet away from the front door. This unique setup allows guests in this room to access the hot tub and the back patio via sliding glass doors. (Guesthouse is the 4th bedroom with private attached bathroom.)
