storey lake resort is a new and prestigious collection of single-family homes/townhomes just 7 miles from the entrance to walt disney world! it features the hideaway club, a resort clubhouse filled with amenities for active families that include multiple sports courts, children's playgrounds as well as a resort-style swimming pool with a splash water park The Hideaway Club is also a full-service restaurant and bar.
pool/spa - the home has a welcoming pool so you can swing or simply relax outside all day long! heating has an additional cost of $45 usd per day (service only for the whole stay) important message:
we clean the pool weekly and check the bbq propane regularly with or without guests in our home If you want to be notified of the date we will go to do the inspection, please let us know so we can avoid an inconvenience for both parties.
pool towels - we provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home We really appreciate taking care of them and leaving all of them in the home.
bbq grill - patio with alfresco dining and bbq grill (let us know in advance if you plan to use the grill; we must apply a $65 fee to cover the cost of setup and cleaning)
parking - vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only The reserved parking space number for this property is the same as the street address. If you have more than one vehicle in your party, please use the designated "guest" parking spaces.
shipping policy - all deliveries can be done via private carriers such as federal express and ups as well as usps Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests.
valet trash pick-up - door-step collection begins after 11 am - 7 days a week Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes.
party/events - no parties or loud activities are permitted If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
