a vacation dream! location! location! updated beautiful townhouse located in the gated regal palms resort and close to disney! t this 4-bed, 35 bath property is the perfect short-term rental home. This property is being offered fully furnished and ready to enjoy a relaxing, fun-filled vacation. The kitchen has been UPGRADED with Granite Counters and Stainless Steel Appliances. Other UPGRADES include Plantation Shutters on the windows and New Vinyl/Wood Floors throughout main living areas. Home also has a bedroom on the main floor with a bathroom that can be sectioned off with separate outside entrance . Very large master bedroom on 2nd floor has its own bathroom & walk-in closet. The 2 other bedrooms have a queen bed & bunkbeds with a shared bathroom. your very own piece of paradise!
as a self-catering home, you will be responsible for your own toiletries, cleaning products and cooking ingredients However we do provide a complimentary starter set of paper products and toiletries to get you going! Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

the front desk is open 7 x 24 x 365, so you can arrive late The resort is secured with 24 hour live security guards. There is an on-site restaurant, pools, gym, spa, gift shop and business center near the front desk.
the daily resort fee of $20 + tax (per unit and not per person) paid at check-in to the clubhouse and includes towel service, 24 hour security, wi-fi, staffing at the pool and on-site programs
two parking spaces are available for free, directly in front of our home Parking passes are issued when you check in.

our resort is located right next to the publix supermarket and a short drive up hwy 27 to superstore walmart, for those who enjoying cooking their own meals We have a popular onsite restaurant/pub called Frankie Farrells, as well as an ice cream parlor and gift shop. The gift shop sells very affordable inflatable tubes for the lazy river. Resort features pools, water slide, a big game center (arcades) & a sand volleyball court.
