This gorgeous new 4,200 square foot home is an absolute dream. With a 6-hole putt-putt course, half court basketball court, gorgeous pool, and an indoor/outdoor living area this house makes enjoying Arizona weather truly possible. Every bedroom has an on-suite bathroom and comfy memory foam beds. Only a few minute drive to Old town Bars, and Fashion Square mall. and a 20 min walk to get on camelback mountain!
pool heating is an extra fee of 125 a day with a two day minimum and then 100 a day after that longer stay guest can contact me about a discount!
