our 4,000 square foot home with 4 bedrooms and 45 bathrooms is in Cordillera Ranch has stunning views of the Cordillera Mountain Golf Course and Gorge Range. It sits on holes 1, 10, and 18 on the course, and the town of Edwards is only 15 minutes away.
you'll find that our home is in a wonderful location for your visit! you'll be able to walk to the golf clubhouse, drive one minute to the front gates of the ranch, or visit the movie theater, shops, and restaurants in edwards by only driving a short 15 minutes to town
relaxing is easy at out home On the lower deck, soak in our private hot tub or even relax in one of our two bath tubs. Never miss a beat when it comes to your favorite shows, movies, and games on tv or your preferred streaming services. Cable is available on the three TVs in the home. With the TVs being Apple Smart TVs, you can also login to your favorite streaming platforms to catch up on new seasons of shows or movie releases. Utilize the office nook with desk and chair to catch up on any work while you're away from your normal office setup. When you clock out, make sure to play a round of pool, ping pong, poker, or Pac Man to unwind and have some friendly competition with your group. Fun doesn't stop when you leave the home; it is just the beginning! Hiking, rafting, fly fishing, and skiing adventures are easily accessible from the front door.
