The house is made up of two floors with an internal staircase, it has 7 bedrooms with double beds and a bedroom with a bunk bed, 5 bathrooms with a shower and an outside toilet. Upper floor consists of independent kitchen, living room,air conditioning machine (at the request of the client with extra payment) dining room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, covered chill out area, access to the terrace, Ground floor consists of separate kitchen and dining room, living room with access to the terrace, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower. Both kitchens are fully equipped with: 4-burner cooktop Oven Microwave Combined microwave Fridge Freezer Toaster Dishwasher Washing machine Each bathroom has a hair dryer. Exterior area consisting of a heated pool and a Jacuzzi for 6 people, sun loungers and parasols. In the pool area there is an outside shower. There are 2 barbecues, one for construction and the other for gas, ping pong, foosball and various children's games. The house has very good privacy and incredible views. It is also just a few minutes drive from the lively Lloret de Mar, which has everything to offer young and old, or you can drive to the quiet Tossa de Mar with its old castle. Distance to the sea: 2.7 km Distance to restaurants: 4 km Girona Airport - 30 km Barcelona Airport - 90 km (1 hour and 10 minutes on the highway) Blanes Train Station - 8 km.
