the main building has 2 double bedrooms, one of which has a single bed and with the possibility of adding another single bed in the second double bedroom
both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and there is another bathroom on the ground floor
it has 3 floors: basement, ground floor and first floor
in the villa there are :
a jacuzzi (in the master bedroom of the villa)

a games room (ping pong, table football, billiards) located in a separate room from the villa, also air-conditioned

the villa is located not far from the thermal baths of saturnia, a destination that for anyone passing through the province of grosseto is a must it also enjoys an excellent location for tourists who like to vary their stay:
at only 2 hours and 30 minutes distance we can reach the most famous city of art in the world : florence, at 1 hour and a half siena and at 1 hour and 15 minutes the capital of italy : rome, in a little less than an hour it is also easy to reach the famous area of argentario
inside the villa, at the needs of the guest it is the caretaker who can take care of some small errands (shopping, needs and various maintenance that the house needs)
