Villa Lucia is a beautiful and recently renovated country house located a few kilometers from Mondavio and Urbino, in the northern part of the Marche region. The property extends along the slope of a hill, surrounded by fields and olive groves, with a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside.

the villa is located in a panoramic and private position, surrounded by a large garden and the marche countryside
outside there is a large porch, a gazebo and a convenient parking for 3-4 cars
the rectangular shaped pool is located in a sunny and panoramic position on the front of the villa It is surrounded by a paved sidewalk. The solarium area extends itself on the flooring and on the lawn. The pool has a Jacuzzi area/children mini pool and is provided with a solar-heated shower.
