Walk in to the open floor plan with beautiful floors, three bedrooms, and even a fireplace - this house is decorated to the hilt! Enjoy grilling your dinner and sitting out on the lanai to enjoy the peacefulness that surrounds you. This house is centrally located in The Villages and is a hop, skip, and a jump away from the neighborhood pool.
the subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older All homes that are occupied must be occupied by at least one person who is at least fiftyfive (55) years of age.
