The condo is on the second level (only a half flight of stairs off street level) and features a private balcony, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, hardwood, and tiled floors. The Maya Condominium community features a pool, hot tub, fitness center, and laundry rooms. Pool is heated from November to May typically.

All beds and bathrooms come equipped with all linens you need. Large outdoor balcony, covered and has large fully retractable shade you can lower to block sun and give full privacy.
