if you need help with your tax id code, we suggest if you are a student to contact your university; if you are company employee to contact your company office or, go to the website of the italian ministry of economy and finance, tax id code section (agenzia delle entrate sezione codice fiscale) You can also apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, no later than two-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. So within two weeks of your arrival you will aso have to provide us a copy of the passport, the details of the residential address and the tax id code of the person holding the contract and who will sign the contract itself. According to Italian law, we must register rental contracts that provide for a stay period of 30 nights or more.

If upon departure you have exceeded your monthly consumption, the excess consumption will be charged by being deducted from your security deposit at the market cost of utilities on the day of check out .
