Situated on a small hill in the middle of the green, wild and unspoiled landscapes of Sulcis is this small vacation apartment with private pool. Fenced plot and barbecue for common use with the owner (separate private entrance). Ideal location for a relaxing vacation. Only 3 km from the sea with the possibility of water sports (surfing, windsurfing and kite surfing). The apartment is located on the first floor, but is accessible up several steps. It consists of a double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Partially covered terrace, equipped for outdoor dining. The pool with equipped sun terrace is only 4 m from the accommodation.
