For those arriving by air, Owen Roberts International Airport (GCM) is approximately a 20-minute drive away. Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available at the airport. housekeeping: the condo will be professionally cleaned before your arrival For longer stays, an interim cleaning can be arranged upon request (for an additional fee). We provide starter supplies (paper goods, soaps, etc.) and premium linens. A laundry room with washer and dryer is in-unit for your use.
safety: for your peace of mind, sunset point is a gated property with security cameras in common areas The unit has smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher. The shoreline here is ironshore (rocky), so exercise caution when entering the water – we recommend water shoes and snorkeling with a buddy. There is ladder access to the sea via the dive site next door.
no smoking/pets: no smoking or vaping is allowed inside the condo (you may do so in outdoor areas with doors closed) Unfortunately, pets are not permitted for short-term guests.
