Located in the quaint mountain cove of Montreat, Patricia Home is nestled up on Rainbow Ridge and is the perfect place to gather. This home, built in 1909, beautifully blends modern amenities with historical pieces. Once home to a family where the women were all named Patricia, the walls of this property are a veritable history museum. Enjoy your time both inside the home and out, on the three layers of decks with the sounds of nearby Flat Creek. The driveway is extremely steep, but is manageable and has plenty of space at the top. There are a total of five parking spaces available.

Spacious den has seating on split levels - with the television on the upper level near the hallway half bath. All bedrooms are on the upper two levels of the home, with two rooms on the second floor, one leading to the deck, and four on the third floor, with access to the small top-story deck from the hall.
