This spacious vacation home for up to 10 people has four bedrooms and a spacious living room with American kitchen. It enjoys a quiet location on a garden plot of over 5,000 m² near Aix-en-Provence and the Sainte-Victoire mountain. A trampoline and a table tennis table are at your disposal. The swimming pool, which is completely hidden from view, is heated so that you can benefit from it as early as April and up to and including October. The heating costs for the pool are included in the rent. In an annex there is a second kitchen, a living room and a bedroom with bathroom, and a few meters away another annex includes a shower and a toilet. There is also an outdoor shower there. You can enjoy the nice weather on several terraces, and the house has a boules court. For barbecuing, both a gas and a coal grill are at your disposal. Due to the two American refrigerators, there are always ice cubes for cold drinks. Park your cars on the closed property or in the carport. 2.5 km away, the typical Provencal village of Trets awaits you with restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries. Via the highway you can easily reach Aix-en-Provence (25 km), Marseille (45 km), Aubagne, Cassis and its rocky bays and the beaches at La Ciotat.
